The room had a big size, felt almost like a mini apartment. the sheets were clean, and the bed itself was comfortable enough. the location was very good since it was near to many restaurants and shops, which made it easy to grab last-minute Christmas gifts and souvenirs. the Christmas decoration was really beautiful.
The bathroom needed serious renovation. the hot water did not last very long during showers and the sink was leaking water uncontrollably.

Great location, friendly staff, and affordable price. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to lots of nearby attractions and transport links, making it the perfect base for a city break. The staff were always on hand to help, answering my questions and giving me tips on the best places to visit. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it for those on a budget and looking for a good location. The staff were fantastic and the affordable price made it a great value for money option. Just be aware of the small rooms and lack of air conditioning during the warmer months.
Small rooms, no showerhead, and no air conditioning. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite small and feel a bit cramped, with no space for any additional furniture. Furthermore, the lack of a showerhead made taking a shower a bit difficult. Lastly, the weather in the city is quite chilly, but the air conditioning only provides cool air, which can make staying in the room uncomfortable.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was very centrally located in the heart of the city, near the walking district and all the important attractions were within easy reach. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, including our room which was cleaned daily. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
Not obvious to find, we had a little trouble locating the hotel when we first arrived in this city.
